Cygnet Health Care is recruiting for a Senior Revenue Administrator to join the Billing team at Kings Hill. This hybrid role combines two days in the office with three days working from home, offering strong scope for development within the finance function.

You will oversee two Billing Administrators, manage site billing, and support month-end processes. The position requires excellent Excel skills, attention to detail, and effective stakeholder communication. DBS check may be required.

Mansioni

• Overseeing and supporting two Billing Administrators with regular one-to-one meetings and workload reviews.
• Maintain and update sales daybooks daily using ward census information.
• Manage billing across a portfolio of sites, ensuring accurate and timely invoicing and escalation of issues.
• Liaise with sites to obtain accurate billing information and ensure audit compliance.
• Support credit note processes, including reviewing and processing credit requests.
• Delegate work to ensure deadlines are met and assist with data requests from Finance and Senior Management.
• Respond to billing queries and support month-end activities and reporting.
