Job summary

Resolute Group is seeking a Senior Bid Manager in Glasgow to lead bids for Power division projects. The role focuses on developing programmes and costings for client sign-off, building on the existing framework and driving winning bids.

The position offers hybrid working, combining 2–3 days in the Glasgow office with 2–3 days remote, and requires Civil Engineering qualification and proven £20m+ bid leadership. Eligible to work in the UK is essential.

Qualifications

• Formal qualification in Civil Engineering (HNC/HND or Degree).
• Proven experience leading £20m+ projects/frameworks in civil engineering.
• Full driving licence.
• Resident in Scotland on a full-time basis.

Responsibilities

• Lead bids and programmes within the Power division.
• Develop costings for client sign-off and bid win.
• Coordinate content, quality control and risk management.
• Report to the Head of Bidding on status and risks.
