Stantec is seeking a Senior Bid Manager to lead high-impact proposals in the Water and Energy & Resources sectors. Based in Warrington, Manchester or Leeds, you will transform technical content into compelling narratives and guide a regional bidding team to win landmark projects.

You will work with marketing professionals and designers, driving excellence and upskilling colleagues while delivering under tight deadlines in a hybrid work setting.

Qualifications

BSc/MSc in business management, marketing or environmental/engineering related discipline is desirable.
Strong time management and organisational skills are essential.
Excellent written English and ability to collaborate across disciplines.

Responsibilities

Translate technical expertise into winning proposal narratives.
Shape growth and footprint of our Water and Energy segments.
Lead and upskill the bidding team across the region.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary marketing and design teams to produce compelling bids.
