Stantec is seeking a Senior Bid Manager to join our Marketing Services team in Warrington, Manchester or Leeds. You will lead complex proposals for water and energy projects, shaping winning narratives and coordinating multidisciplinary teams.

You will mentor the bidding team, ensure on-time submissions, and elevate our market positioning through strong stakeholder engagement and rigorous project management.

Qualifications

• BSc/MSc in business management, marketing or environmental/engineering related discipline is desirable.
• Excellent time management, coordination and organisational skills.
• Excellent level of written English.
