Job summary

SUEZ in the United Kingdom seeks a Senior Bid Manager to own and lead the end-to-end proposal process for strategic corporate bids, from qualification and development through to submission and mobilisation. You will lead, coach and develop four Bid Managers and one Assistant Bid Manager, establishing strong governance, review gateways and efficient bid-management processes.

You’ll maintain the national bid library, provide regular updates on bid pipeline and performance to the Head of Corporate

Qualifications

Experience managing complex B2B bids and tender processes.
Strong knowledge of UK procurement methodologies and contracts.
Experience in waste management and environmental services markets is a plus.
Resilient under pressure with leadership and integrity.

Responsibilities

Own and lead end-to-end proposal process from qualification to mobilisation handover.
Coach and develop four Bid Managers and one Assistant Bid Manager.
Improve bid management processes, governance, and gateways.
Maintain the national bid library for current, accurate content.
Provide regular updates on bid activity and performance to senior leadership.
