Arup is seeking a proactive Senior BD Coordinator to join the Cities, Planning & Design portfolio in the UKIMEA region. You will manage the full bid lifecycle—from planning to submission—producing high-quality proposals that showcase our expertise and help win work.

The role offers professional development within a strong UKIMEA BD community and access to a global network of proposal specialists. You will coordinate teams across sectors to deliver compelling bids and drive client value.

Competenze

• Degree in marketing, business or related field; APMP desirable.
• Experience in bid coordination/writing within UK construction or professional services.
• Understanding of bid processes and governance.
• Proficiency in MS Office, Teams and SharePoint; CRM experience is a plus.
• Excellent attention to detail and clear written communication under pressure.
• A collaborative mindset with a drive to deliver high-quality work on tight deadlines.

Mansioni

• Coordinate end-to-end bid production, including programmes, strategy workshops and reviews.
• Track progress, manage deliverables and liaise with stakeholders across the business.
• Draft and refine content, including case studies and CVs.
• Maintain bid libraries and project collateral for reuse.
• Build strong relationships across sectors to understand clients, markets and opportunities.
• Ensure timely submission and alignment with governance and compliance.
