Arup is seeking a proactive Senior BD Coordinator to join our Cities, Planning & Design Portfolio in the UK. You will manage Arup’s full bid lifecycle—from planning through to submission—and help produce high-quality, compelling proposals that showcase our expertise.

This role offers professional development within the UKIMEA BD community and access to a global network of proposal specialists. You will coordinate content, libraries, and stakeholder engagement to drive winning bids.

Qualifications

• Degree in marketing, business or related field (APMP desirable).
• Experience in bid coordination/writing within the UK construction or professional services sectors.
• An understanding of bid processes and governance.
• Proficiency in MS Office, Teams, SharePoint; CRM experience is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; attention to detail under pressure.
• Collaborative mindset and ability to deliver high quality work to tight deadlines.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate end to end bid production, including bid programmes, strategy workshops, planning sessions and reviews.
• Track progress, manage deliverables and work closely with stakeholders across the business.
• Draft and refine content, including case studies and CVs.
• Maintain bid libraries and project collateral.
• Build strong relationships across sectors to deepen understanding of clients, markets and opportunities.
