Job summary

Bolton Council is seeking an experienced Business Intelligence professional to join the BI Team, supporting Children’s Services and the Adults and Communities Directorates. You will lead the planning and delivery of BI insights that drive service transformation and better outcomes for residents.

You will line manage BI professionals, collaborate with operational services and partner organisations, and enable data-driven decision making across the borough.

Qualifications

• Experience using research methods and analytical techniques to interpret data.
• Ability to transform complex information into clear insights for various audiences.
• Experience line-managing and developing others.
