A leading public sector organisation is seeking a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst to join its strategic planning and transformation function. This role will act as the technical lead for BI and analytics, delivering enterprise dashboards, reporting solutions, and data modelling tools to support senior decision-makers.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in BI, Data Analytics, or Insights roles within a large, complex organisation.
• Advanced expertise in Power BI and data visualisation techniques.
• Solid Excel experience.
• Strong analytical and statistical skills with experience using Python or R.
• Experience working with large and complex datasets to deliver actionable business insight.
• Knowledge of data governance, data quality, information security, and regulatory compliance.
• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and translate complex data into clear recommendations.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and delivering strategic reporting initiatives.
• Exposure to predictive analytics, scenario planning, and data modelling.
