Job summary

LTM in London is seeking a Senior Specialist with 7 to 11 years of experience in MicroStrategy and Tableau for advanced data analysis and BI reporting. You will design, develop, and optimize dashboards and reports to support key business decisions.

The role requires strong data governance, collaboration with analysts and data architects, and the ability to translate business requirements into scalable reporting solutions. 3 days office, London-based, perm/FT.

Qualifications

• 7–11 years of experience in MicroStrategy and Tableau.
• Strong background in data analysis and BI reporting.
• Experience translating business requirements into technical reporting solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain dashboards and reports using MicroStrategy and Tableau.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into effective reporting solutions.
• Optimize and tune queries to improve performance of BI reports.
• Collaborate with business analysts, data architects and stakeholders to ensure alignment of reporting solutions with business needs.
• Support data warehouse initiatives including data modeling, validation and integration with reporting platforms.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to reporting applications and data inconsistencies.
• Ensure compliance with data governance and quality standards across all reporting deliverables.
