The ideal candidate has 3+ years in BI/analytics, expert SQL, Python experience, and Databricks exposure, with strong communication skills in a hybrid London-based setup.

Qualifications

• Expert SQL experience (analysis, modelling, working with complex datasets).
• Python experience for analysis, automation and prototyping.
• Databricks experience/exposure in an analytical setting.
• Strong understanding of metrics, definitions, anomalies and data quality.
• Strong communication skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• 3+ years in BI/analytics.

We're recruiting for an established professional services business modernising their reporting and data platform. They're hiring a Senior BI Analyst to deliver "decision-ready" reporting, improve data quality and metric consistency, and increase automation across their analytics workflows.

What you'll do:

• Develop and maintain scalable data models and reporting outputs that support business needs
• Lead data quality initiatives, ensuring accuracy and consistency
• Reduce reporting issues and manual work with smarter modelling and automation processes
• Partner with stakeholders to translate business questions into requirements and solutions
• Help build and improve the company's new reporting approach as it's being developed
• Provide analysis to identify trends, drivers, and improvement opportunities across the business

What we're looking for:
