Job summary

Intercontinental Exchange in London is seeking a hands-on Data Analyst to develop Tableau dashboards, analyze data, and troubleshoot reporting solutions. The role emphasizes user experience and active stakeholder engagement to deliver intuitive, valuable, and widely adopted dashboards.

You will own end-to-end Tableau solutions, work with SQL data sources, and collaborate with Risk, Treasury, Operations and IT in an agile environment, translating business needs into practical reporting.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience developing Tableau dashboards.
• Strong SQL skills and query troubleshooting.
• Client-focused mindset and ability to translate requirements into reporting solutions.
• Experience with version control and SDLC practices.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Experience in financial services is advantageous but not required.

Responsibilities

• Be part of end-to-end development lifecycle of Tableau solutions: Engage with stakeholders to understand business needs and pain points.
• Analyze existing tools (including EUDA-based solutions).
• Define functional and data requirements.
• Design and build user-friendly Tableau dashboards.
• Ensure solutions are designed with a strong focus on end-user experience, usability, and adoption.
• Translate business problems into clear, scalable, and maintainable data solutions.
• Work extensively with SQL-based data sources to support reporting and analytics needs.
• Help drive the transition from EUDA-based processes to governed, platform-based solutions.
• Contribute to data governance and change management processes for core data sources.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Risk, Treasury, Operations and IT teams.
• Apply a flexible SDLC approach: Operate in agile mode when rapid iteration is required and utilize structured analysis and detailed documentation when appropriate.
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and reliability across all deliverables.
