Business Intelligence Team Manager

I'm partnering with a highly respected international professional services organisation that is investing heavily in its data and analytics capability.

This is an opportunity to lead an established Business Intelligence function, manage a team of BI specialists, and play a key role in shaping the future of reporting, analytics and data strategy across the business.

Responsibilities:

• Lead, mentor and develop a team of Business Intelligence professionals
• Own and evolve the organisation's reporting and analytics capability
• Partner with senior stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into actionable insights
• Drive the adoption of Power BI and modern analytics technologies across the business
• Establish and promote BI best practices, governance and reporting standards
• Oversee the delivery of high-quality dashboards, reports and data-driven solutions
• Support ongoing data transformation initiatives and continuous improvement projects
• Act as a key liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams

Requirements:

• Proven experience leading BI, reporting or analytics teams
• Strong Power BI expertise, including data modelling and dashboard development
• Experience delivering enterprise reporting solutions in complex environments
• Exposure to Microsoft Fabric or similar cloud-based analytics platforms
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Professional services, legal, consulting, accountancy or similar industry experience would be highly advantageous
