Job summary

Cranfield University is seeking a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst to lead the development and management of the Data Warehouse and BI ecosystem, delivering robust reporting and data visualisation services for the university.

You will partner with stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions and oversee HESA and Office for Students regulatory returns. The role requires strong SQL, SSIS/Power BI experience and familiarity with Tribal SITS; location is Cranfield.

Qualifications

• Solid experience with Microsoft SSIS/PowerBI and ideally SAP Business Objects platform.
• Strong technical knowledge of relational database design, dimensional modelling, and SQL.
• Experience with student record databases and preparing HESA statutory returns welcome.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and management of the Data Warehouse and BI ecosystem.
• Provide a robust, centralized reporting service and data visualisation tools.
• Partner with stakeholders across Cranfield to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
