Job summary

GSF Car Parts seeks a Senior BI Developer/Senior Data Analyst to own scalable BI solutions from data modelling to dashboards. You'll partner with finance, marketing, product, and ops to ensure trusted data and impactful insights, with hybrid work and travel to Wolverhampton head office.

You will mentor juniors, deliver pricing and revenue insights, and drive governance, performance, and self-service reporting across the organisation.

Qualifications

5+ years in BI/data analytics with ownership
Advanced SQL with transformations and dimensional modelling
Strong Power BI experience (DAX, modelling, deployment pipelines)
Experience with Microsoft Fabric or similar modern data platforms
Experience building scalable BI datasets for multiple use cases

Responsibilities

Design and maintain enterprise Power BI solutions, including semantic models, datasets, and dashboards.
Build and optimise SQL data models for reporting and analytics use cases.
Develop Fabric platform data pipelines and lakehouse/warehouse design.
Design and manage ETL/ELT pipelines using Power Automate or Fabric Data Factory.
Own end-to-end BI lifecycle from ingestion to visualisation and adoption.
Define, standardise, and monitor KPIs across sales, marketing, product, and operations.
Drive self-service BI and automation with Power BI and Power Apps.
