Job summary

Zego is hiring a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst with a commercial mindset to transform data into strategic insights that drive decisions. You will collaborate with Pricing, Claims & Fraud and senior leaders to deliver robust dashboards and performance reporting.

You will partner with Data Engineering on ETL, own Looker dashboards, and support forecasting to connect commercial targets with insurance performance in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in turning data into actionable insights for business decisions.
• Strong stakeholder management across multiple teams and leadership levels.
• Proficient in building dashboards and reporting using Looker, Excel and SQL.

Responsibilities

• KPI and performance analysis across Pricing, Claims & Fraud and senior leadership to identify key KPIs.
• Design, implement and monitor ETL processes with Data Engineering; ensure data quality for claims data.
• Generate insights, conduct ad-hoc analyses, and provide recommendations to inform strategy and growth.
• Build and maintain robust reports and dashboards to track KPIs over time; ensure reliability and timeliness.
• Support forecasting and modelling; bridge commercial aims with insurance performance.
