Job summary

Worley Consulting is seeking a Renewable Energy and Power Systems Engineer (European based) to lead BESS, Solar PV and Hybrid energy projects, supporting grid connection studies and owner’s engineering. The role calls for senior consulting experience and strong modelling capabilities.

The successful candidate will work within a growing international team, collaborating across cultures to deliver technically rigorous and commercially sound solutions for clients in our Power and New Energy

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering is required.
• Senior level consulting experience within power/energy.
• Proven experience in BESS and Solar PV projects.
• Exposure to hybrid renewables systems and grid integration.

Responsibilities

• Technical leadership of feasibility and conceptual studies.
• Conceptual design of BESS, Solar PV and Hybrid Projects.
• Grid connection studies and interconnection assessments.
• Owner's Engineering and Independent Engineering assignments.
• Technical Due Diligence for lenders and investors.
• Preparation of technical specifications and employer requirements.
• Evaluation of OEM and EPC technical proposals.
• Support power system studies and grid compliance assessments.
• Support proposal development and client engagement activities.
