The One Group has an exciting opportunity to work within a benefits team for a global company that is a leader in the financial services industry.

This is a 4-month initial contract with the potential for extension.

The role requires extensive knowledge of UK benefits; knowledge of EU benefits is advantageous but not mandatory.

Responsibilities include being a central point of contact for daily UK and EU benefits operations, contributing to strategic design and implementation of benefits, retirement, and wellbeing initiatives, responding to benefit inquiries, leading project plans within deadlines, ensuring compliance and accuracy, maintaining effective stakeholder and consultant relationships, and analyzing data to develop business offerings.

Candidates must have at least 4 years of experience in a benefits-related role, be able to work autonomously, have a suitable home workspace, and own necessary IT equipment (minimum a laptop).

A DBS check is required and will be reimbursed.

Working hours are Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week. This is a fully remote role.
