A leading global company in the financial services sector is seeking a Benefits Coordinator for an initial 4-month remote contract. The ideal candidate will possess significant knowledge of UK benefits and experience in a benefits-related role. This role involves managing daily operations of benefits programs and strategic implementation of wellbeing initiatives within a dynamic team.

This is an initial 4-month contract with the potential for extension.
The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of UK benefits, with beneficial but not mandatory knowledge of EU benefits.
The role involves being a central point of contact for daily operations of UK and EU benefits programs, contributing to the strategic design and implementation of benefits, retirement, and wellbeing initiatives. Responsibilities include responding to benefit inquiries, leading project plans within timelines, ensuring compliance and accuracy, maintaining effective stakeholder and consultant relationships, and analyzing data to develop offerings.
Candidates must have at least 4 years of experience in a benefits-related role, the ability to work autonomously, a suitable work-from-home setup, and their own IT equipment (minimum laptop). A DBS check will be required and reimbursed.
Working hours are Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week. This is a fully remote position.
