The One Group has an exciting opportunity to work within a benefits team for a global company that is a leader in the financial services industry.
This position is initially a 4-month contract with the potential for extension.
The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of UK benefits, with advantageous familiarity with EU benefits, though this is not mandatory.
The role involves being a central point of contact for daily UK and EU benefits operations, contributing to the strategic design and implementation of benefits, retirement, and wellbeing initiatives, responding to benefit inquiries, leading project plans within set timelines, ensuring compliance and accuracy, maintaining effective stakeholder and consultant relationships, and analyzing data to develop business offerings.
Candidates must have at least 4 years of experience in a benefits-related role, the ability to work autonomously, a suitable work-from-home setup, and their own IT equipment (minimum a laptop).
A DBS check will be required and reimbursed upon completion.
Working hours are Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week. This is a fully remote role.
