Job Description:

The One Group has an exciting opportunity to work within a benefits team for a global company that is a leader in the financial services industry.

This role is a 4-month contract with the potential for extension.

The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of UK benefits, with beneficial but not essential knowledge of EU benefits.

Responsibilities include being a central point of contact for UK and EU benefits programs, contributing to strategic design and implementation of benefits, retirement, and wellbeing initiatives, responding to benefit inquiries, leading project plans, ensuring compliance and accuracy, maintaining relationships with stakeholders and consultants, and analyzing data to develop business offerings.

Requirements include at least 4 years of experience in a benefits role, ability to work independently, a suitable work-from-home setup, and own IT equipment (laptop minimum). A DBS check is required and will be reimbursed.

Working hours are Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week. This is a fully remote position.
