Benefits Specialist Role

The One Group has an exciting opportunity to work within a benefits team for a global company that is a leader in the financial services industry.

This is an initial 4-month contract with the potential for extension.

The role requires extensive knowledge of UK benefits, with beneficial but not essential knowledge of EU benefits.

Responsibilities include being a central point of contact for UK and EU benefits programs, contributing to strategic design and implementation of benefits, retirement, and wellbeing initiatives, responding to benefit inquiries, leading project plans within timelines, ensuring compliance and accuracy, maintaining effective stakeholder relationships, and analyzing data to develop business offerings.

Requirements:

• At least 4 years of experience in a benefits role
• Ability to work autonomously
• Suitable work-from-home setup
• Own IT equipment (minimum laptop)

A DBS check is required and will be reimbursed.

Working hours are Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week. This is a fully remote role.
