A leading global financial services company is looking for a Benefits Specialist to join their team on a 4-month contract which may extend. This fully remote role requires extensive knowledge of UK benefits, where you will manage daily operations, support initiatives, and ensure compliance. The ideal candidate must have at least 4 years of relevant experience, the ability to work independently, and the necessary IT equipment in place.

This position is initially a 4-month contract with the potential for extension.
The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of UK benefits, with a beneficial understanding of EU benefits, though this is not mandatory.
The role involves being a central point of contact for daily UK and EU benefits operations, contributing to the strategic design and implementation of benefits, retirement, and wellbeing initiatives. Responsibilities include responding to benefit inquiries, leading project plans within set timelines, ensuring compliance and accuracy, maintaining effective stakeholder and consultant relationships, and analyzing data to develop business offerings.
Applicants must have at least 4 years of experience in a benefits-related role, demonstrate the ability to work autonomously, have a suitable work-from-home setup, and own IT equipment (minimum a laptop).
A DBS check will be required and reimbursed.
Working hours are Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week. This is a fully remote role.
