Job summary

First Table is seeking a Senior Business Development Manager to lead restaurant partnerships across Manchester and Liverpool. You’ll own the end-to-end sales cycle, meeting owners in person and driving growth in two vibrant dining cities.

As a senior contributor, you’ll coach newer BDMs, manage a robust pipeline, and partner with cross-functional teams to deliver a seamless partner experience. This remote-first role requires travel between the two cities with regular coaching support.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in business development, field sales or a customer-facing role.
• Proven track record of exceeding targets.
• Experience mentoring or coaching other BDMs.

Responsibilities

• Identify and win new restaurant partners to grow your local market.
• Build a healthy pipeline through proactive prospecting and territory planning.
• Develop win-win relationships that help partners launch successfully.
• Track market trends and competitors to spot new opportunities.
• Formally onboard, coach and mentor newer BDMs.
• Hold a special remit, working on initiatives beyond your own territory.
• Contribute to sales decks, onboarding materials and CRM workflows.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for a seamless partner experience.
