Kigtek Solutions, part of VINCI Energies, is seeking a commercially minded Business Development Manager in Bellshill, Scotland. This full-time role focuses on growing the customer base, building strong client relationships and managing the full sales cycle from initial contact to contract award.

You will identify opportunities in target markets, develop proposals, and work with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a business development or sales role within an engineering or technical services environment.
• Ability to identify opportunities, develop a sales pipeline and convert prospects into customers.
• Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
• Willingness to travel for customer meetings and business development activities across the UK.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in target markets.
• Build and maintain effective relationships with customers, partners and other stakeholders.
• Prepare customer-focused, commercially sound proposals and supporting information.
• Manage the sales process from prospecting and qualification through to proposal, negotiation and contract award.
• Collaborate with technical, operational and management colleagues to shape suitable customer solutions.
