Job summary

Kreston Reeves LLP is seeking a Restructuring BD Manager / Senior Manager to drive lead generation while delivering complex restructuring and insolvency advisory work in Kent and the South East. You will build and nurture relationships with intermediaries, clients and colleagues, contributing to strategy and growth of the service line.

In this role you will expand your network, oversee advisory assignments, and work with IPs to ensure clear scope, deliverables and budgets are met.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in restructuring and insolvency including advisory work.
• JIEB qualified or pursuing qualification.
• Established intermediary network across Kent and the South East with a track record of winning new work.
• Strong appetite for business development and lead generation.

Responsibilities

• Generate leads across Kent and the South East.
• Develop relationships with lawyers, accountants, lenders and advisers.
• Build and manage a pipeline to meet fee targets.
• Collaborate with IPs to scope and manage advisory assignments within budget.
• Lead or contribute to formal insolvency and advisory matters.
