Kreston Reeves in Kent is seeking a senior restructuring and insolvency professional to generate new business, expand intermediary relationships, and deliver complex advisory assignments across the South East.

With 5+ years in restructuring, you will lead client engagements, manage budgets and develop your network, potentially progressing to formal insolvency appointments while contributing to the growth of the Advisory team.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years' experience in restructuring and insolvency, including formal assignments.
• JIEB qualified or pursuing qualification.
• Established intermediary network across Kent/South East with a track record of winning new work.
• Strong business development drive and ability to grow a client network.
• Experience managing and developing people and budgets within advisory assignments.

Description

Join our growing Restructuring & Insolvency team and play a key role in generating new business, developing intermediary relationships and contributing to the delivering of restructuring assignments across Kent and the South East.

About The Role

• Generate new leads and opportunities through your existing network across Kent and the South East.
• Develop and expand relationships with lawyers, accountants, lenders and other professional advisers.
• Build and convert your own pipeline of new business and contribute to the team's fee targets.
• Work closely with IPs to ensure advisory assignments are appropriately scoped, deliverable and managed within budget.
• Manage and contribute to formal corporate insolvency and advisory assignments, with a focus on strategy and more complex matters.
• Develop towards taking, or continue to take, formal insolvency appointments.
• Build strong relationships with clients, intermediaries and colleagues across Kreston Reeves.
• Contribute to pitches, networking events, presentations and other BD activity.
• Contribute to the development of team members through co-working and coaching.
• Contribute to the wider strategy and continued growth of the Restructuring & Insolvency service line.
• At Senior Manager level, take greater ownership of new business generation, client relationships and service line strategy.

What we're looking for

• 5+ years' experience in restructuring and insolvency, including formal insolvency and advisory assignments.
• JIEB qualified or a desire to become qualified.
• An established intermediary network across Kent / the South East and a track record of winning new work.
• A strong appetite for business development and lead generation, with the drive to grow your network.
• Strong technical knowledge and experience handling a variety of restructuring matters.
• Commercial awareness, including experience managing budgets, fees and recovery.
• Strong client relationship, communication and influencing skills.
• Experience managing and developing people.
• A collaborative, proactive and commercially focused approach.
