Whatton Developments Ltd is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to drive growth in the East Midlands residential market. You will identify opportunities, build relationships with developers, landowners and housing providers, and help secure a sustainable project pipeline.

In this senior role you will work with directors and commercial teams to shape bidding strategies, maintain an up-to-date pipeline, and represent the company at events and client meetings.

Qualifications

• Experience in residential construction, housebuilding or property development.
• Understanding of tendering and pre-construction processes.
• Established East Midlands market network.

Responsibilities

• Identify residential development opportunities across the East Midlands.
• Build relationships with developers, landowners, housing associations and other decision-makers.
• Monitor pipelines, tender portals and industry intelligence.
