Job summary

Bid Resource Solutions is recruiting a Senior Business Development Manager to cover South & South East England, primarily remotely. You will proactively build relationships with shopping centres, landlords and facilities managers, driving new business in Cleaning and Security services for retail destinations.

You will manage a pipeline targeting £1.5m–£2m per year, negotiate deals, and work with telemarketing and operations teams to deliver tailored proposals and successful contracts.

Qualifications

• Experience in B2B sales or a similar commercially focused role.
• Experience selling Cleaning or Security services.
• Willingness to travel regularly throughout South & South East England.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities across South & South East England, targeting Shopping Centres, Retail Parks and retail destinations.
• Manage your own sales pipeline and own an annual new business revenue target of £1.5m–£2m.
• Sell Cleaning & Security solutions, tailoring offerings to client needs.
• Build relationships with Shopping Centre Managers, Property Managers, Facilities Managers and landlords.
• Conduct market research, prospecting and site visits to spot opportunities.
• Collaborate with Telemarketing to qualify opportunities and build your own pipeline.
• Liaise with Operations and Estimating to develop competitive proposals and tenders.
• Lead client meetings, presentations and negotiations through to contract award.
