Job summary

Crisis24 is seeking an experienced Director of Business Development to drive new revenue across the UK and Northern Europe. The role accommodates Bournemouth or London offices with remote work options, and requires building a robust pipeline and leading consultative SaaS sales.

You will own the end-to-end sales process, pitch and close complex deals, and contribute to the company’s commercial objectives with a focus on annual recurring revenue.

Qualifications

• Experience in travel risk management or related industries (risk/security/SaaS).
• Proven track record in generating and closing new business revenue.
• Experience writing bids, responding to RFPs and creating proposals.
• Proven ability to demo and sell technology on a subscription model.
• Strong outbound activity and ability to build a personal pipeline.

Responsibilities

• Sell Crisis24’s services across travel risk management and emergency communications.
• Develop a sales plan and capture strategy for key sector prospects.
• Outreach from scratch via networking, LinkedIn, email, and cold calls.
• Own and manage the end-to-end sales process from prospecting to close.
• Understand Crisis24’s value proposition and the travel risk market.
