Job description

We’re looking for a senior-level barista to join our team!

This role is primarily based at our Store Street site, but the candidate must be flexible to work at other sites if needed.

We have very high standards when it comes to coffee, so the senior baristas we hire are expected to have great knowledge and skill levels behind the coffee machine.

We use Square Mile for our espresso-based drinks, accompanied by guest roasters from all across Europe and the UK.

We aim to provide a unique working environment that is relaxed and attentive to the details of hospitality.

With coffee, we believe in producing the best quality by understanding our product. We provide regularcupping sessions and training, allowing our staff to stretch their knowledge. We also provide all the latest equipment available, soour baristas can offer the best possible coffee experience for our customers.

Applicants with a real desire to pursue a career in coffee are heavily favoured.

Senior baristas are expected to take on supervisory duties by leading shifts and organising some day-to-day processes. Most important is a natural ability to deliver great customer service in a fast-paced environment.It is essential that applicants are friendly, polite, and organised.

Very competitive rates of pay, dependent on experience.
