• Develop and implement customer care procedures to mitigate risks.
• Handle inquiries related to bank products and services, including balances, transactions and payments.
• Prepare reports and presentations on customer care performance for senior stakeholders.
• Stay aware of industry trends to apply best practices in efficiency and effectiveness.
