Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in bakery or related food manufacturing environment.
• Experience with factory trials and scale-up.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and lead factory trials.
• Take products through scale-up from development into full production.
• Support new product launches and ensure factory readiness.
• Identify and resolve process challenges during trials and launches.
• Establish robust manufacturing processes and product specifications.
• Work with production teams to ensure consistent and efficient manufacture.
• Support process validation and continuous improvement activities.
• Manage multiple projects through agreed development and launch timelines.
• Provide technical and process expertise across cross-functional project teams.
• Support and influence stakeholders throughout the development process.
