Qualifications

• Senior level experience in food production with retailer client exposure.
• Experience leading technical or quality teams.
• Level 4 HACCP qualification is required.
• Lead audit experience.
• Experience designing a technical management system for food safety and quality.

Responsibilities

• Manage NPD projects from factory trial to launch.
• Ensure compliance for new product lines introduced to the business.
• Make decisions on stock rejected due to out-of-spec results.
• Investigate issues and perform root-cause analysis and reporting.
• Develop the role into a step-up/step-down path and train QA staff.
• Embed a culture of customer satisfaction with internal and external customers.
• Manage technical action plans at site level and HACCP team leadership.
• Oversee supplier approval maintenance and manage supplier relationships.
