CreateFuture is seeking a Senior Backend Java Engineer to design, build and scale cloud-based backend systems. You will lead architecture decisions, mentor engineers, and help embed AI and automation in delivery for clients.

You will work across teams to implement secure RESTful APIs, drive architectural excellence, and champion modern development practices in a hybrid/remote-friendly UK setup.

Formación

• Extensive backend experience with Java in enterprise environments.
• Strong design skills for scalable, secure APIs and services.
• Experience mentoring engineers and shaping technical direction.

Responsabilidades

• Design, build and maintain scalable backend systems using Java and Spring.
• Lead architectural discussions and ensure maintainability and performance.
• Develop RESTful APIs with security, versioning and reliability.
• Mentor engineers and promote engineering excellence across teams.
• Champion automation and CI/CD to improve delivery velocity.
