Job summary

Zaizi is seeking a Senior Software Developer to deliver high-quality digital solutions in a fast-paced, collaborative team. You will design, implement and test Golang based systems while leveraging front-end skills in HTML/CSS/Bootstrap and modern DevOps tooling.

The role emphasizes Agile delivery, continuous improvement and working in a multi-disciplinary environment. A strong focus on user outcomes and security clearance eligibility to UK work is required.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering digital solutions to the GDS standard
• Experience working in Agile environments
• Experience in product development using observation, experimentation and user research
• Experience in multi-disciplinary/DevOps teams including PO/PM, UX designers, researchers, developers, and platform engineers
• Experience in continuous improvement with multiple weekly releases

Responsibilities

• Developing digital solutions delivered to the GDS standard
• Demonstrable experience working on Agile environments
• Demonstrable experience working on product development environments based on observation, experimentation and user research
• Demonstrable experience working in multi-disciplinary/DevOps teams which include product owner/manager, UX designers, UX researchers, Developers, Platform engineers, etc
• Demonstrable experience working on continuous improvement environments doing multiple releases every week
