Job summary

DTCC in London is seeking a senior Business Analyst Associate Director to lead complex analysis across operational readiness and client-impacting technical change. You will bridge stakeholders, data and technology, guiding the BA function and delivering decision-ready insights.

You will coach a team of BAs, shape delivery approaches, own UAT, and drive improvement across the BA capability while working in a flexible/hybrid environment with strong business impact.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years in business analysis, data analysis, and cross-functional delivery.
• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree is a plus.
• Professional BA certifications are preferred.
• Experience in financial services is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex BA workstreams across high-impact readiness and client-impacting tech changes and align multiple lines.
• Shape analysis and delivery approach for ambiguous initiatives, defining data, requirements, and reporting.
• Own requirements analysis, gathering, analyzing and validating to practical actions.
• Lead data acquisition, validation and insight, coordinating extracts and ensuring data quality.
• Develop client tracking capabilities including datasets, exception reporting and transparency.
• Conduct Operations Impact Assessments and document outcomes in alignment materials and JIRA.
• Lead operational process design with end-to-end ownership and BAU handoffs.
• Own BAU UAT approach with test coverage and user coordination.
• Influence senior stakeholders with clear options and recommendations.
• Line manage Business Analysts and drive coaching, performance and delivery quality.
• Develop BA capability by defining standards and improving data quality controls.
