Job summary

Arm in London is seeking a Senior Business Analyst with experience in banking and trading controls to contribute to the Trading Controls Programme. The role focuses on supervising workstreams, governance and policy design, with three days on-site in hybrid mode.

You will lead requirements elicitation, define mandate responsibilities, build a product taxonomy, and align controls with risk management. Strong stakeholder engagement and ability to produce BRs, test scenarios and implementation plans

Qualifications

• Experience in business analysis or change delivery within financial markets or banking environments.
• Knowledge of trading mandates, product governance, Product Taxonomy, Approved Product Lists or trading supervision.
• Experience developing policies, operating models, control frameworks, requirements, test scenarios and implementation plans.
• Understanding of front-to-back trading processes and relationships between authorities, product data, permissions, controls, risk reporting and supervisory oversight.

Responsibilities

• Lead analysis and target-state design across Mandates, Product and Trading Supervision.
• Elicit requirements through workshops, stakeholder interviews, scenario analysis, process reviews and use cases.
• Define desk and individual trading mandate responsibilities with clear lineage to business strategy and risk appetite.
• Develop the Product Taxonomy framework, governance and change processes.
• Support implementation of the New Product Policy and governing Product List ownership.
