Job summary

DTCC is seeking an experienced Associate Director, Technology Business Analyst to bridge product and technology for the CMI squad. You will lead deep data analysis, define detailed requirements, and guide a team of business analysts through complex data transformations and system integrations.

You will partner with product, architecture, and QA to ensure precise, testable specifications and reliable delivery across the full lifecycle, from problem definition to production support, while

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years of experience as a technology business analyst or similar role.
• Experience with data transformation mappings, interfaces, and end-to-end processing.
• Strong understanding of APIs, JSON/XML, and data modeling.
• Proven ability to lead and mentor analysts and manage delivery quality.

Responsibilities

• Refine product priorities with the CMI Product Owner and translate objectives into clear requirements.
• Lead analysis of data flows, mappings, and validation requirements across systems.
• Document end-to-end interactions, interfaces, and processing sequences for teams.
• Create epics, features, user stories, acceptance criteria, and mapping documents.
• Mentor analysts and establish standards for the squad to ensure quality.
