Job summary

Fibre Technologies, home to FTL Secure Solutions, is seeking a driven New Business Sales Specialist for B2B enterprise security solutions including access control, CCTV and intruder alarms. The role is hybrid with HQ in Crowthorne, Berkshire and field visits across the UK.

Qualifications

• Proven sales experience within the security solutions, physical security or related B2B market.
• Strong consultative sales approach with B2B clients.
• Knowledge of access control, CCTV and intruder alarm systems.
• Ability to identify opportunities and develop new business from lead to close.
• Willingness to travel and work across the UK in a hybrid role.
• Ambitious, with potential to grow into a team leadership position.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities with B2B clients for security solutions.
• Engage with clients to understand requirements and recommend appropriate physical security systems.
• Manage sales cycle from lead generation to project completion and aftercare.
• Collaborate with partners and internal teams to deliver tailored security solutions.
