You'll have hybrid or fully remote options, no weekends, 25 days leave, and the chance to advance as you hit revenue targets in a supportive, growth-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• Proven success in a sales environment where business development is part of the role.
• Confidence speaking with business decision-makers and uncovering commercial opportunities.
• Self-motivated, resilient approach and a genuine hunter mentality.
• Ability to balance new business activity with excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

• Respond to and convert qualified inbound enquiries while managing existing customer accounts.
• Identify and win new business opportunities across commercial vehicles and related finance products.
• Advise customers on vehicle and funding solutions that fit operational needs.
• Deliver against monthly revenue and deal targets while building long-term client relationships.
