Job summary

PIE Recruitment is hiring a Junior Business Development Exec in Leicester. You will spend your time speaking with businesses, generating opportunities, and building relationships rather than admin, with a base salary of £22,000–£26,000 plus uncapped commission and £50k OTE.

This role offers training, a clear path into account management, 25 days holiday, and a weekday-only schedule with two late starts or two early finishes each week.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and win new business through outbound calls, email, LinkedIn and other channels.
• Convert inbound enquiries and identify the right vehicle and finance solutions for customers.
• Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline, keeping CRM records accurate and up to date.
• Present proposals, handle objections and close deals while delivering excellent customer service.
