Job summary

Celsius Graduate Recruitment represents a Manchester-based legal-tech scale-up seeking a Senior Sales Development Representative to build and own a pipeline of qualified opportunities. You will prospect outbound across territory, contacting senior decision-makers via phone, email and LinkedIn, and create high-quality opportunities for the Account Exec team.

£35,000 base salary plus £10,000 uncapped OTE and a strong benefits package.

Qualifications

• 6–12 months' experience in a similar B2B sales role.
• Proven ability to generate meetings and build qualified pipeline.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Confidence engaging with senior decision-makers.

Responsibilities

• Own and develop a consistent pipeline of qualified new business opportunities.
• Research target accounts and identify key decision-makers.
• Execute outbound campaigns across phone, email and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
• Have high-quality commercial conversations with prospects.
• Qualify inbound and outbound opportunities.
• Consistently meet KPIs and meeting targets.
• Maintain accurate pipeline and activity records within the CRM.
• Work closely with Account Executives to convert opportunities into revenue.
