Job summary

Busuu is seeking a senior B2B Product Marketing Leader to shape the enterprise and mid-market motion. You will own ICP, segmentation, pricing, packaging, and the messaging that drives growth.

You’ll partner with Sales, Growth & Strategy, and Product teams to build a scalable, hybrid work framework across Business offerings. You’ll be the first dedicated B2B product marketer, defining the function’s standards and proving the model as Busuu grows its enterprise presence.

Qualifications

• Senior B2B product marketing experience in SaaS/EdTech or similar subscriptions.
• Experience with enterprise buyer dynamics, pricing and packaging decisions.
• Ability to define ICP, segmentation and buying-group strategies.

Responsibilities

• Define ICP and segmentation for B2B across mid-market and enterprise.
• Own pricing direction and packaging structure for enterprise and mid-market.
• Author B2B value proposition and messaging; align with cross-segment framework.
• Map enterprise buying committees (economic buyers, procurement, legal, security) and requirements.
• Lead launch architecture and sequencing for B2B packaging changes.
