Busuu is hiring a B2B Product Marketing Manager to sharpen our GTM motion across enterprise and mid-market segments. You’ll refine positioning, messaging, and assets while leveraging AI-enabled enablement and competitive intelligence workflows.

You’ll join a senior PMM team that shapes strategic frameworks as Busuu scales in language learning. This role emphasizes AI fluency, data-driven insights, and cross-functional collaboration in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years in product marketing, with B2B SaaS experience selling to enterprise or mid-market.
• AI-fluent: you use AI to raise the quality and speed of output and automate workflows.
• Familiar with modern PMM stack: conversational intelligence tools (Gong), workflow automation, AI tooling.

Responsibilities

• Sales enablement as a living system: maintain and improve the enablement library with AI-powered systems.
• Run and maintain automations that turn sales signals into structured insight; feed insights to the Lead PMM.
• Ensure positioning lands consistently across touchpoints in the customer journey; adjust as needed.
