HDM Energy is seeking a senior Business Development Manager to drive PPA sales with mid-market and Industrial & Commercial customers across the UK. You will own the end-to-end sales process, lead negotiations, and build strategic relationships with installers, energy brokers and purchasing organisations.

The role demands independence, senior stakeholder engagement and a proven track record in delivering commercial growth.

Qualifications

• Proven business development and sales experience within a B2B environment.
• Experience managing complex sales cycles and commercial negotiations.
• Demonstrable success in delivering and exceeding sales targets.
• Strong understanding of consultative and relationship-based selling.

Responsabilités

• Deliver personal sales targets in line with the wider B2B sales strategy.
• Identify, develop and secure new PPA and cash purchase opportunities across the UK commercial sector.
• Build, manage and grow a portfolio of customers, partners and strategic referral channels.
• Lead new business development activities, including prospecting, networking and relationship management.
• Maximise cross-sell and upsell opportunities across the HDM Energies product portfolio.
• Lead the end-to-end delivery of Power Purchase Agreements (PPAs).
• Manage commercial negotiations, financial modelling and contract execution independently.
