Job summary

Veeqo, an Amazon company, is seeking a Senior B2B Performance Marketing Manager to drive paid media across search, social, display, and programmatic for mid-market to enterprise SaaS customers in the UK. You will blend long-term strategy with rapid tactical optimization, owning full-funnel campaigns and ROAS-driven results.

You will partner with Sales, Product, and Data teams to fuel qualified leads and revenue growth, build robust testing structures, and scale initiatives across global channels

Qualifications

• Experience aggregating and analyzing internal and external campaign metrics to assess performance drivers and identify insights.
• Experience in stakeholder management and communication management.
• Proven track record of scaling paid media programs that delivered significant revenue impact, including measurement, creative strategy, audience targeting and activation across all parts of the funnel.
• Deep hands-on experience managing campaigns across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and/or Meta Ads at scale.
• Strong understanding of paid media technology, bid management, attribution models, and marketing automation platforms.
• Ability to analyze raw campaign data and develop actionable insights related to paid media performance. Understanding of statistics and modeling concepts.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive full-funnel paid media strategies across search, social, display, and programmatic channels.
• Manage day-to-day operations of paid media campaigns including launching, testing, and optimizing ad creative, audiences, bidding, and landing pages.
• Own budget allocation and pacing across paid channels to maximize ROAS and CPA.
• Lead marketing automation and audience strategy implementation to drive efficiency and lead quality.
• Establish rigorous testing frameworks (A/B, incrementality, geo-lift) and measurement frameworks.
• Lead budget planning and forecast for paid media initiatives and report progress to leadership.
• Drive innovation in measurement, attribution, and incrementality testing across paid channels.
• Explore emerging paid media opportunities and new platforms and audience expansion.
