Job summary

Veeqo is seeking a Senior B2B Performance Marketing Manager to drive paid media across search, social, display and programmatic for mid‑market to enterprise SaaS customers. You will lead cross‑functional teams, test new creative and targeting approaches, and build robust A/B testing structures to improve lead quality and revenue growth.

You will own budget planning, measure impact, and push for innovative measurement and attribution across channels, including AI‑powered formats.

Qualifications

• Experience analyzing internal and external campaign metrics to identify drivers.
• Proven ability to manage stakeholder relationships and communications.
• Track record of scaling paid media across multiple channels.
• Hands-on expertise with major ads platforms at scale.
• Strong grasp of measurement, attribution, and incrementality testing.

Responsibilities

• Develop full‑funnel paid media strategies across search, social, display and programmatic.
• Lead day‑to‑day operations: launch, test, optimize creatives, audiences, bids and landing pages.
• Own budget pacing and maximize ROAS and CPA efficiency.
• Drive marketing automation and audience strategy to improve lead quality.
• Establish rigorous testing frameworks and track campaign impact.
• Forecast budget needs and report program health to stakeholders.
• Explore AI‑driven formats and new platforms for growth.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product and Data to align growth objectives.
• Partner with agencies and platform reps to optimize campaigns.
