Job summary

Veeqo is seeking a Senior B2B Performance Marketing Manager to lead paid media strategy across search, social, display and programmatic for enterprise‑level B2B SaaS. You will own campaigns across full funnel to drive qualified leads and revenue growth for Veeqo.

The role requires a data‑driven marketer with a proven track record in scaling paid media, optimizing ROAS, and collaborating with Sales, Product, and Data teams in a fast‑growing environment.

Qualifications

• Experience aggregating and analyzing campaign metrics across internal and external sources.
• Experience in stakeholder management and communication across cross-functional teams.
• Proven track record of scaling paid media programs with measurable revenue impact.
• Hands-on experience managing campaigns across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and/or Meta Ads at scale.
• Strong understanding of bid management, attribution models, and marketing automation platforms.
• Experience with incrementality testing, geo-lift studies, and advanced measurement methodologies.
• 7+ years of B2B marketing, with at least 4+ years in paid media and demand generation.
• Experience with AI-driven campaign strategies (Performance Max, smart bidding, etc.).
• Experience with enterprise sales alignment and multi-market international campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute full-funnel paid media strategies across search, social, display, and programmatic channels.
• Manage day-to-day operations of paid media campaigns including launch, testing, and optimization of ad creative, audiences, bidding, and landing pages.
• Own budget allocation and pacing across paid channels to maximize ROAS and CPA efficiency.
• Lead marketing automation and audience strategy to improve lead quality and program efficiency.
• Establish rigorous testing frameworks (A/B, incrementality, geo-lift) and define metrics to assess campaign impact.
• Lead budget planning and forecast reporting on the paid media program to stakeholders.
• Drive continuous innovation in measurement, attribution, and incrementality testing across channels.
• Explore AI-powered formats and new platforms and audience expansion opportunities.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Data to align growth initiatives with broader business objectives.
• Manage relationships with external agencies and platform partners to maximize performance.
