Job summary

Kallidus Ltd is seeking a Senior Digital Growth Manager in the UK. You will lead paid media and performance marketing, owning Google Ads and LinkedIn campaigns, CRO, analytics and SEO to drive qualified pipeline for 500+ employee accounts.

You’ll experiment, optimise budgets and work cross-functionally with product and sales to convert digital investment into measurable business impact. Hybrid role with strong growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 5+ years hands-on digital growth or performance marketing in B2B SaaS.
• Deep expertise in Google Ads with recent hands-on management.
• Strong working knowledge of LinkedIn Campaign Manager for B2B paid acquisition.
• Proven ability to connect digital performance to qualified pipeline and revenue.
• Experience with GA4, GTM and conversion tracking.

Responsibilities

• Own and execute Google Ads and LinkedIn campaigns with structure, bidding and budgets.
• Analyse terms, audiences, conversion quality and pipeline performance for improvements.
• Test new campaigns, audiences and approaches to improve acquisition efficiency.
• Optimize investment based on commercial outcomes, not just clicks or leads.
• Own website conversion roadmap: landing pages, forms, journeys; run CRO programs.
